Map Tile Facelet

The Map Tile Facelet renders a map tile from OpenStreetMap for a given GPS location.
An optional marker can be displayed at the center of the map.

Configuration

  • Position
    X, Y position (top-left) in screen coordinates [mil].

  • Width
    Width of the map tile in [mil].

  • Half Height
    Enable half height mode to display the map tile with a 2:1 aspect ratio.

  • Zoom
    Zoom level (0 - 100). 65 is a good default for street-level view.

  • Location
    GPS location in format lat, lon (e.g. 52.3298, 9.8340). Supports data binding.

  • Service
    Map tile service provider.

Marker

  • Marker Diameter
    Diameter of the center marker in [mil]. 0 = marker disabled.

  • Marker Color
    Color of the center marker.

  • Marker Shape

    Shape Description

    Ball

    Circular marker.

    Pin

    Pin-shaped marker.

    Cross

    Cross-hair marker.


  • Visibility
    A condition expression. The Facelet is displayed if this evaluates to 1.

  • Display Mode

    Mode Description

    Normal

    This Facelet is only displayed in interactive (normal) mode.

    Ambient

    This Facelet is only displayed in ambient mode.

    Always

    This Facelet is displayed in both interactive and ambient mode.

  • Ambient Brightness
    Brightness adjustment for ambient mode (-100 to 100).
