Speedo Gauge Facelet

The Speedo Gauge Facelet renders a speedometer-style gauge with a hand indicator, segment arcs, tick marks and text labels.
The input value drives the hand position between the start and end angles.

Configuration

  • Position
    X, Y center position in screen coordinates [mil].

  • Segment Diameter
    Diameter of the segment arcs in [mil].

  • Tick Diameter
    Diameter of the tick marks in [mil].

  • Text Diameter
    Diameter of the text labels in [mil].

  • Value
    Input value that drives the hand position.

  • Start Angle / End Angle
    Start and end angle of the gauge arc in degrees.

  • Smooth
    Enable smooth animation when the value changes.

Hand

  • Hand Tip / Mid / End
    Length of the hand segments in [mil].

  • Hand Tip Width / Mid Width / End Width
    Width of the hand segments in [mil].

  • Tip Cap / End Cap
    Cap style for the hand tip and end segments.

    Style Description

    Flat

    Flat cap.

    Round

    Round cap.

    Rounded

    Rounded cap.

    Triangle

    Triangle cap.

    Arrow

    Arrow cap.

    End cap additionally supports Nock style.

  • Hand Outline Width
    Width of the hand outline.

  • Ambient Draw
    Hand rendering in ambient mode: Solid or Hollow.

  • Hand Color / Outline Color
    Fill and outline colors of the hand.

Segments

  • Segment Width
    Width of the segment arcs.

  • Segment Cap
    Cap style for segment arcs: Round or Flat.

  • Segments
    Define segment arcs with position, color and line width.

Ticks and Text

  • Ticks
    Define tick marks with position, color and line width.

  • Text Size
    Size of the text labels in [mil].

  • Font
    Select the font family.

  • Text Labels
    Define text labels with position and color.

  • FPS
    Frames per second for animation. 0 for no animation.

  • Visibility
    A condition expression. The Facelet is displayed if this evaluates to 1.

  • Display Mode

    Mode Description

    Normal

    This Facelet is only displayed in interactive (normal) mode.

    Ambient

    This Facelet is only displayed in ambient mode.

    Always

    This Facelet is displayed in both interactive and ambient mode.

  • Ambient Color
    Select a color for the ambient mode.
    0 uses the common ambient color of the face settings.
